Please read through these terms & conditions ("the Terms") carefully. By contracting AFB Productions (“the company”) to search for / book / rehearse / stage an act / event / into or at your premises or any location directed by you or by otherwise engaging AFB Productions to carry out any work, contract the services of any artiste for whatever reason you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with AFB Productions and to have agreed to be bound by the Terms set out below.

1. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Terms of payment are net 30 days following date of invoice. The Company reserves the right to restrict the terms of payment or to require payment in full prior to the event if, in the company’s opinion, the Buyer’s financial conditions or other circumstances do not warrant provision of the terms originally specified herein.

2. DEPOSIT / MISCELLANEOUS UPFRONT PAYMENT
In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the company to obtain a deposit or other upfront payment of a portion, up to 50% + VAT, of the agreed price.

3. FINDERS FEE
In certain circumstances, where the buyer has instructed AFB Productions to procure the services or search the availability of certain artistes / organizations / acts / personalities / celebrities, the buyer agrees to pay AFB Productions a non returnable Finders Fee, the amount of which shall be agreed in advance. 50% of this finders fee shall be deducted from the agreed price of the event once booked.

4. FAILURE OR DELAY IN DELIVERY
The Company shall accept no responsibility for the musical or functional integrity of any instrument / piece of equipment used by any artiste / entertainer in the pursuance of their duties. Furthermore, the company further accepts no responsibility for lateness to perform iaused, either directly or indirectly, by strikes or other labour troubles; fire, flood or other casualties; federal, state or municipal action or regulation; lack of or inability to obtain the goods from the usual source of supply; or any other contingency or circumstance beyond Seller’s control, whether related or unrelated or similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing, which prevents or hinders delivery or makes fulfilment of this contract impracticable; any of which shall, without liability, excuse Seller from performance of this contract.

5. CANCELLATION
The customer reserves the right to cancel a booked event for whatever reason. Cancellation is subject to that cancellation being made in writing and not less than 14 days prior to the actual date of the gig. Any notification which falls outside the abovementioned procedure shall not be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed price + VAT. Any cancellation informed less than 14 days before the actual date of the gig shall incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed price + VAT.
